Location: - London East, Erith Job sector: - Drivers Salary basic: - £20,800 OTE £28,000 (achievable) Employment Type: - Fulltime Contract Type: - Permanent Hours of work: - 45 hours per week Monday – Friday (Flexi start times) Holiday Entitlement: - 20 day’s holiday rising to 25 Benefits: - Pension/Bupa Cash Plan/ Life Assurance /Company Bonus Scheme /Childcare vouchers /Cycle to work scheme More Details You will join the team as a 7.5T Driver; you will have experience of multi-drop and collection rounds. We treasure our customers so you will also need to be able to create a rapport with them. Based from the depot in Erith, you will be given a range of rounds to allow you to build up expert knowledge of your region and customers. Collecting your loaded vehicle each day you will make up to 30 stops to customers, delivering premium cooking oil and collecting used cooking oil. Whilst on site, you will calculate billing and rebate values, record quantities, obtain signatures and take payment from clients. You will then return your vehicle to the depot each day to be emptied and cleaned by the depot team. You will earn a competitive salary which delivers earnings of approximately £28,000 per annum. Experience Successful candidates will require previous high volume multi drop and collection experience, with the ability to drive a 7.5T vehicle without any DR10 or IN10 (or equivalent) licence offence codes and no more than 6 points on your licence. Experience with digital tacho cards is a must along with a driver qualification card or have completed at least 28 hours of CPC training. As the role involves moving and carrying weights in excess of 20kgs, full training in manual handling training and medical screening will be given to the successful candidate.
