As Principal Specialist, you’ll understand what client’s resourcing requirements are today and what they may be next month and next year too. Accountabilities • Define role requirements • Deliver fresh and original sourcing strategies • Build talent pools and undertake candidate name gathering • Develop an in-depth understanding of the searched profiles • Deploy creative and effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies • Undertake candidate name gathering Requirements: Experience in headhunting, direct search and undertaking sourcing strategies is an essential requirement. Hands-on recruitment experience is vital, together with proven ability to achieve demanding targets and manage stakeholder relationships. It’s important that you’re fluent in English and have strong interpersonal skills.
