Brit-Pol Ltd, the company based in Killingholme in North Lincolnshire, is looking for the Polish and English language speaking Transport Clerk, who is highly organised and conscientious, to join them in the busy office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of the full load managed service and deal with the daily operational and administrational support. The role involves: Briefing and debriefing drivers daily Allocating resources for the following morning Communicating daily with all the customers and hauliers Dealing with any load issues Managing all duty paperwork Inputting and updating the systems data on a daily basis Dealing with any incidents as they arise Ensure a successful completion of task Dealing with delays or any problems with deliveries The Transport Clerk position will suit a person with the following skills: Excellent IT skills Excellent telephone manners Ability to multitask Excellent communication skills Able to work on own initiative Previous experience of working in a fast paced transport environment – essential Understanding of transport systems Understanding of driver legislation Written and spoken Polish and English language skills-essential Salary is between £18000 - £21000 dependent on experience.
