Marine Engineer
Staff Finders Yorkshire Ltd is currently recruiting for a Marine Engineer for our client based in Scotland.
Our client is a well established company providing mechanical engineering services to the marine and industrial sectors.
We are looking for a skilled Marin Engineer with experience on Volvo Penta engines as well as other engine manufactures including jet drives.
You will be required to maintain and repair inboard diesel, jet drives, petrol outboard motors and all associated electrical, electronic, hydraulic equipment. You will be working within a small team of Marine Engineers. The work will mainly involve fault finding and accurate diagnosis of problems on Volvo Penta Engines.
Candidates must be willing, adaptable and have good time management skills. Precision and accuracy is required when carrying out any works. Candidates must be capable of diagnosis, fault finding, scheduling and out repairs as well as routine services and maintenance including painting, etc. Other engineering or associated duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have formal qualification, experience and proven track record in the industry. This is a unique opportunity for someone to re-locate and secure a permanent position in UK.
In return we offer excellent remuneration (ca £32.000 per annum + 28 days Holiday), help with relocation and finding accommodation.
